Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At PicconProfessionalGerman, we are committed to providing high-quality German language courses. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are granted for our online German classes.

2. Refund Eligibility

​

Refunds are only available for the following types of purchases:​

  • Course packages (e.g., 5-class package, 10-class package, A1/A2 package)

​

3. Refund Conditions

​

To be eligible for a refund, send an email to info@picconprofessionalgerman.comOnce your refund request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email within 2 business days.

The following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be made within 7 days of the purchase date for 100% refund.

  • For cancellations less than 7 days before the course starts (one of the package options), a 25% administration fee will be deducted.

  • In case of illness: if you are unable to attend due to illness, we offer a reschedule option up to 24 hours before the class. Any rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the class cannot be accommodated. For reschedules due to illness, this is limited to 3 occurrences per customer.

  • In case of exceptional circumstances (e.g., family emergency), we can consider flexible arrangements. Please contact us as soon as possible.

  • We may update our refund policy from time to time. We will notify all enrolled students of any significant changes via email.

  • If you need to reschedule a class, we allow a maximum of 3 reschedules per course. Additional reschedules will incur a fee or require a new booking.

4. Non-Refundable Items

​

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Classes that have already been attended.

  • Classes missed without prior notice (no-shows).

  • Digital products or materials that have been downloaded or accessed.

  • Administrative fees, if applicable.

5. Process for Requesting a Refund

​

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@picconprofessionalgerman.com with your order details (order number, date of purchase, etc.).

  2. Provide a brief explanation for your refund request.

  3. Our support team will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 5 business days.

6. Refund Method

​

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and you are advised to review this policy periodically for any updates.
